Great product, works very well but my only complaint is that the top lid does not open wide enough and it is awkward to put water in.

I bought this to replace my unit of the same brand that died after 5 years use. One thing the user needs to know is that you must seat the K cup firmly in the lower seat before closing the lid or it will destroy the K cup making a mess.

I bought the coffeemaker the first of the year and had a dozen or sto cups of coffee and then it quit working properly with the pods and tried again and again with the same results. I've resorted to using the filter that was sent with and empty the pod into it and then I can get a cup of coffee albeit with some grounds. Very disappointed with the single cup maker especially with the price I paid and the results I've gotten.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always bought the cuisinart coffee makers but this one is just wonderful. Weather you want a pot or just a cup, this maker is reliable and a makes a wonderful cup or cups of coffee. Whenever family, friends come over, they want to buy one for themselves.

I got this for Christmas. It's great to have both options in one machine.
Pros
It brews a good pot. The single serve works pretty well. It seems to pull good flavor rom a variety of Kcups and the brew your own insert.
It's easy to swap out the Kcup holder for the self brew pod
The size of the machine is good. not too big like some.

The Beeping when a pot is done is way to loud. I don't like it and wish I could turn it off or down
The single serve cup holder needs to be much higher. It spatters coffee everywhere, which I am finding tiresome to wipe up all the time. I can rig up a higher stand for my regular size off mug, but it's precarious. There is some design flaw here. The flip sid is it does allow for a taller travel mug, if you like that.

I love this coffee maker when it works properly. I have not had any issues with the full size coffee maker, but I have had issues with the ke cup maker. I had to return two previous coffee makers due to K cup function not working after about 3 or 4 months. I am not on my third replacement for about 6 months, so hopefully it lasts, because the coffee does come out great with this coffemaker.
