I love this coffee maker. Coffee pods are expensive so it’s great to be able to make 12 cups using ground coffee instead of using 12 individual pods. The flexibility of using either/or is awesome.

I received this as a gift for Christmas 2017 it was defective and had to be returned the replacement works well and does not leak from the single serve water well. The coffee is nice and hot when brew from either sides

I would have given this 5 stars except on the single cup servings the cup is too far away from the water and it splashes really bad when the cup starts getting full. It's great for filling a to-go cup, or thermos.
