Bought it as a Christmas gift for my wife, and of course myself. We love the dual use capability to make a single cup or a large pot for guest. Equally like the ability to make single cups out of bags of coffee which are significantly cheaper then buying the more expensive Kuerig cups, but if you so choose buy whatever Kuerig type coffee you wish.

We bought this product after our Keuring machine of 8 years completely broke on us. We loved the double feature of making a pot and a single cup. It was almost double the amount of money than another brand but were happy we went with the Cuisinart! Coffee brews pretty quickly and tastes great! Definitely would recommend! Now just hoping it last another 8 years!

Love the idea of the product..... cost vs quality not so much. Honestly I expected better! Coffee pot works great! Individual side messy ease of use is not quick and easy! It clogs all the time and grounds are sent everywhere.

Ultimate in convenience...K-cup brewing for mornings with a chore list or late night one cup or two "hot charcolate" -- an carafe brewing for lazy mornings and the need for more than one cup and/or several guests over for some serious discussion..!!
