The single serve operation was less than stellar. On each use the k cups basically exploded grounds everywhere. It was not much better with the single serve basket but a little. I returned the unit one week after receiving it as a Christmas Gift. I'm thinking of trying a Hamilton Beach product next.

Overall the coffee maker is adequate. Pouring water into 12 cup reservoir is cumbersome as it is hard to tilt coffee pot fully to empty water into reservoir.

We like the look of the coffee maker, and the coffee pot does well keeping the coffee hot. UNFORTUNATELY, the single cup brewer is NOT hot at all.

Got this to replace my older K-cup machine and it has been a problem since day 1. Will brew a pot ok but the K-cup side does not work well. Have to power if off & on several times to get it to brew.
Have to replace it, I prefer my older machine ....

Been using over three months. Really like the regular 12 cup brewer. The single serve is adequate but could be improved. The reusable pod that come with the machine doesn't fit properly and requires too much force to close the lid. The brewing cycle isn't as good as a kurig machine for supplying a constant stream of water. This causes splattering and an irregular flow into the coffee cup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I switched from a Keurig to this Cuisinart bc it combined both the 12 cup brewing and single brewing. I absolutely love it, my only complaint is that the when I use the single brew it does tends to splatter a bit of coffee other than that no issues.

I have several Cuisinart products in my home and was very excited when I found this coffee pot that did all...programmable feature, 12 cup pot, individual cup of your choice. The coffee was fine and the programmable feature worked as expected. The problem was in the individual cup feature. When the liquid was entering the cup it was splashing all over the counter and the pot itself. I know you could elevate the cup so this wouldn’t happen but for the price of this pot I didn’t think you should have to do that. I returned the pot.
