I have had this for 3 months now and really love it! The single cup works great and the coffee brews quickly. It is a 5-star to me. If I had to point out anything to help for future improvements, I wish the top lid (where pouring your water to brew a pot of coffee) would go backwards a bit more. It doesnt stand straight up but almost does, so it is hard to pour (empty the 12-cups of water) from the pot into the water area before brewing. There is always a little water left that you cant pour in because you cant tilt the pot enough it with the lid in the way. But seriously, this is my favorite coffee yet!

Disappointingly, I had to return my coffee center. The unit would not hold more than 4 cups of water in the tank. Anything above 4 cups ended up all over our kitchen countertop.

Works well and takes two coffee pots and blends them into one, therefore freeing up counter space. If I had an issue with this appliance it would be that it is a little difficult to pour the water into the reservoir for the coffee pot and get all the water into the reservoir.

My 12 cup single-serve coffee center is beautiful and offers the flexibility I wanted. The single cup dispenser often splashes the coffee into the cup rather than provide a steady stream. That's the only drawback for me so far.

I am an engineer and worked in manufacturing and quality: I am critical of most products and processes, but this coffee maker is the best one my wife and I have ever owned. We still own an older Stainless Steel Cuisinart coffee maker that has a built in coffee bean grinder and stainless steel carafe (10-12 years old).
This new 12 Cup Coffeemaker/Single Serve Brewer has: Ease of use, simple instructions (read the pamphlet completely), and is easy to clean.
I only have one negative issue: when you lift up the top of the carafe side of the brewer to remove the used filter and coffee grounds, the water that is condensed on the lid drips towards the back of the coffee maker. A drip catching lip was added on the back of the brewer to catch the dripping water (excellent forethought) but it is not wide enough and consequently you will have a flood of water behind your coffee maker. Holding a paper towel or sponge behind the brewer will prevent the dripping. If there is a better procedure I am open to any suggestions.
In summary: I highly recommend this device to anyone who enjoys brewed beverages (coffee/tea/etc.) It is AWESOME! Congrats to Cuisinart!!! Thank you!

After the third replacement Keurig, I decided to give this coffeemaker a try. I couldn't be happier with it. I love the dual functionality. If I want to preset the night before, I have the option, but I also have the time saving option of brewing a K-cup. The appearance is attractive, and it's also easy to clean. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
