I purchased this unit to replace the flex brew I had. Having the ability to keep a pot of coffee warm for up to 4 hours is a great feature as is the ability to choose what temperature the pot is kept at with the low/medium/high setting. Another plus is the separate water reservoir for the single brew side allowing up to 4 cups to be brewed before a refill is necessary. Both reservoirs have a replaceable filter to provide cleaner water for a fresher brew. Being able to see how much water is in each reservoir is a great feature as well.
Some of the cons are water dripping down the back of the unit when lifting the lid to place filter and coffee for a pot brew. Minor but irritating having to clean up each time. The cup side is inconsistent as different brand pods affect how much coffee is brewed even when using a consistent 10 oz setting. While a great feature having a pod to brew your own coffee grounds this affects the brew setting as well and leaves a fine sediment at the bottom of the cup. The drip catch is great and is easy to take out to wash but is not adjustable so coffee splashes while brewing.
Overall the pros outweigh the cons but more is expected being a Cuisinart brand.

Love the convenience of a pot or single serve in one appliance. Coffee is nice and Hot! However, it is poorly designed for filling the water reserves which are in the back. Inconvenient but overall worth it!

Love this pot. Love the single cup maker. Easier and faster than the Kerug that I got rid of. Only problem is all the water I put in it seems to have a up or more disappear and I get one cup less when ready to pore

My only issue with the unit is that when using the provided permanent filter, a lot of grounds end up in the carafe--otherwise, a solid product.

We bought this just before Christmas and really love it. Only suggestion that it should have come with a Carafe for the single shot. It splatters if the cup is not tall enough. A 10 ounce cup is not tall enough.
