Makes great coffee. The single serve is great for 1 cup, eliminating making a full pot. It would be nice if you could adjust the heat up for the single serve. It's not hot enough. It's a novel idea. It should of been brought out long ago.

We had the same CUISINART coffee maker for over ten years. And although it still worked, we were ready for a change. We also had a single cup Keurig, so being able to have a coffee make that did both just made sense. We freed up counter space and added the convenience of a water reservoir for the Keurig. We really are pleased with this Cuisinart coffee maker and hope that it too will last as long as our previous one did.

We have had this coffee maker for 5-6 months. Still working well. My wife has had an experience with the k-cups allowing coffee grounds into her brewed coffee. This has happened to her 3-4 times. When making a pot of coffee you have to make certain the lid on the coffee pot is securely in place and the coffee filter holder has to be pushed down into place or coffee grounds will end up in your brewed coffee. Otherwise we are happy with this product.

This is the perfect setup for my wife and me. Other kids are gone, I still go to a day job every day and my wife operates her business from a home office. I would rate it higher but preparing to make coffee is a little cumbersome.
