I bought it because I wanted the option to brew one cup or a whol pot. But my husband complains about having to keep filling with water to brew one cup because the water reservoir is to small.

I read quite a few reviews of this coffee maker before I pulled the trigger on the purchase. What I will tell you is that every complaint that I read, I tried to duplicate on the machine as soon as it arrived and what I found is that the only one that was valid was the complaint about filling the reservoir for the coffee pot. Yes, the filling holes are small and a little misplaced, but using a large cup rather than the pot itself to fill it was the answer. You guys should have made that reservoir a removable just like the one for the K-cup side... As for the other complaints about leaking and sputtering, I found that I could duplicate those issues if I simply didn't follow the instructions... Each of those complaints I found to be the results of misuse or failure to follow the instructions..... Period... This machine makes the best coffee I've ever made myself, and does it more conveniently than any I've ever owned, and I'm 55.

Great dual coffee maker. 1 problem is its hard to pour the water into the back to make a pot. The water ends up going everywhere you can't pour from the carafe into the little opening

We love the unit until light came on to clean. The instructions are minimal. I did the best I could to clean using the ridiculous instructions, but now the light will not go off. I am not as fond of this unit as I initially was.

I love that I have the option to make either a pot or a single serving. The single serving works well with tall travel mugs but it makes a mess when using a normal mug. There is a lot of splashing. Also the single serve side could use a larger water tank.

I love that this is all in one. I do find that the single serve splashes on the counter when I use is just for hot water. Also find it is a little awkward to fill the coffee maker side with water as I am right handed (I have to turn the unit around).
