I like the machine and the features. My only complaint would be that the single serve feature makes a mess. It tends to splash/spray out of the machine into the cup and I have to wipe my counter after every single serve use.

I bought this in August. I love the the overall look of this coffeemaker. It makes a delicious cup of coffee, either way. Since I do use the K cup feature more than the pot I just wish the water reservoir was larger. But not having 2 separate coffee makers is wonderful.

I purchased my coffee pot and returned it. The coffee brewer for single serve made a mess it sprayed and spit coffee at first I thought it might be a faulty k cup pod but it happened three times. Would not advise purchasing this. It is a beautiful appliance but horrible performance

Had one of the original “K cup” coffee makers but always had to get the regular brew pot out for our weekend mornings and when company came over. As soon as I saw the Cuisinart dual coffee maker on tv I had to get one! This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. We really love it!!!

I really like the side by side 12 cup and single (k cup) design. Very convenient. Nice looking appliance. Only complaint is the difficulty in adding water to the 12 cup maker. I kept spilling water down the side of the machine. Eventually bought a large funnel to assist. Overall a very good buy.

We bought our first 12c coffeemaker/Single-Serve Combo unit 6 months back. There were three issues with it and finally we returned it for another unit, because we really like the dual concept. We hope this one works better. We also wish we could have the option to turn off the loud beep when it tells us the coffee burner will turn off, which is after a two hour time frame. It actually replaces two coffee makers previously on our countertop....love that!
