This is our second one and unfortunately the design flaw is in the single serve part. It pours out in 2 areas and then blasts steam through the closure - it is extremely messy and so disappointing

It is a beautiful product, but does not consistently brew coffee. When attempting single-serve, 7 out of 10 K-cups explode, sending hot water & coffee grounds everywhere! It is a huge mess & difficult to clean. While I love the look of it & the idea of being able to brew a single cup or pot, the inconsistency & mess isn’t worth it. I wish I had just kept my Keurig.

I wanted to love this coffeemaker after seeing it at a friend's house. The design is not compatible with keeping it clean and it ended up putting coffee grounds in most cups on the single cup side. Not tall enough for a large cup and no option to make coffee stronger. Luckily I kept my Keurig and this is being returned.

I own a few Cuisinart small appliances that I love so I thought this coffeemaker/ single serve machine would be amazing. I've had this for 8 months, here is my pro/con list.
Pros:
Coffeemaker works great
Nice looking machine
Easy to use
Can use a variety of pod brands in the single serve side

Single serve side leaks horribly
Water reservoir is hard to put back in place properly (we just leave it in and refill with a bowl)
The serving size is off (example: 8 oz actually pours closer to 6 oz)

After 8 months of daily use, the cons outweigh the pros so I will be purchasing a new machine and it will not be a Cuisinart.
