Had to return the first one I purchased as it kept leaking all over my kitchen counter when I used it. Customer service was great, but it took almost a month to get my replacement one...due to the Christmas holidays and the warehouse being closed.

this coffee maker makes good coffee, but issue with k-cup brewer. there seems to be a design flaw in it, as the water goes into the pods faster that it comes out. it overflows and grounds get into the coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
