I bought this 3 months ago. It saves space on my counter. It's nice to have 1 coffee maker instead of 2. Only issue, it splatters a lot when using the K cup feature. It makes it very messy, I wish I could've tried it before I bought it. Other wise I like the idea.

We bought this coffee maker as we were going through a ton of K-cups and they are a bit expensive. This is great as we can brew a pot of coffee and then make a cup to go if necessary. The features work perfectly and we can have a pot of coffee waiting when we get up.

The product leaked out when I tried to use the coffee pot. It made a huge mess. I was so disappointed, because we were so excited to have the ability to make a whole pot or just use the pod. I hope you have it worked out now.

I have a problem putting the water in, sometimes it goes all over the place. There is a problem sometimes the coffee plugs up and there is no answer for why.
