I have never been more satisfied with a product than I am with this coffee brewer. The convenience of the K-cup with the 12 cup pot to brew in is such a plus for our counter. Not only this, but it brews a great cup of coffee. With the option of heat levels and the bold flavor, it just knocks all of the others off the table in quality.

This is the perfect solution for those who like a whole pot of coffee and those who want to try all the different types of coffee or tea available with the k cups. The k cup side works very fast. The pot side does not burn the coffee when haveing more than one cup.

This review is after using the dual unit for 6 months. At first I was disappointed with the K-Cup unit, but after breaking in, it works perfect! I’m a pot at a time guy and my wife is a K-Cup Queen. This unit is the greatest, best of both worlds and space saving single unit instead of two bulky units taking up valuable counter space. This is a win-win for both.

My only complaint with this product is the difficulty off fill it with water. Lot of hit and miss. A funnel and pitcher works best.
