Our son bought this for us as a gift. It makes the best coffee. We love that it is ready on time and is hot to the very last cup. The Kcup side is used daily in the afternoon. Again, hot made to enjoy. Very happy with the unit.

We had to return our first one due to water leaking from single k cup water dispenser and clock running fast. Upon receiving our replacement, the handle on the single k-cup water dispenser broke off (first time filling).

bought this before Christmas, am waiting for 3rd replacement. Clean light comes on and wont go off even after cleaning. Happened to both and will see what next brings. I like this product so much would even keep it if they were not willing to replace
