Got this for Christmas and was very excited by the combo. I love it. Only has two things I would improve. First, coffee/water splashes out of cup when single cup brewing. Second no auto shut off for whole machine only full pot side.

The ability to make regular or decaf coffee in the pot and another blend or flavor with the single-serve brewer makes this coffee center a winner in my family! Perfect coffee, every time! Use the single serve brewer with k-cups or add your own pre-ground blend to the included accessory. I personally grind my own beans every day for the most flavorful coffee in the pot! Great product!

I wanted this pit because I getvup and make a pot of coffee. At 4:30. My husband is retired and the pit is cold before he gets up and he had to heat it in the microwave. Now I can use the single serve side for myself. I love it!!! It also makes a great cold brew tea or coffee! The only downside is that the single serve maker does spurt liquid out while brewing .

We've had the Cuisinart stand alone coffee maker for years. With the addition of the K-cup brewer, it brings the Center to a whole new level. The coffee maker has brew and temperature controls, which allows customized strength and temps. The K-cup side allows for almost instant brewed coffee, for those who don't want to wait for a whole pot (or who won't drink a whole pot).
We have no substantial complaints; we enjoy the Center immensely. However, a few points for those considering a purchase. The Center comes with a gold filter, in addition to the standard paper filter holder...you actually get a few filters so you can start right out of the box. A scoop is included, along with a fillable K-cup pod to create your own blends. Both the carafe tank, and the K-cup water reservoir have replaceable water filters.
The lid on the carafe has a tendency to drip condensation down the back of the unit when removing the used grounds. Knowing this, we simply wipe the interior of the lid with a paper towel before lifting it entirely upright to remove the grounds. The K-cup brewer has a tendency to splatter as it gets to the end of the cycle. We minimize the splatter by using a tall insulated tumbler to get closer to the spout while brewing, then transfer the coffee to our drinking mug. Not a big deal. The temperature of the brewed coffee is fine for us, but some people might want a hotter brew. A quick measure (by instant read thermometer) shows 165 degrees. I don't think the temp is adjustable on the K-cup side.
All said, we are very happy with the unit.

Had mine since December 2017. All features are great with one exception. There needs to be way to turn the warmer on in order to keep coffee hot without it trying to brew again.
