I had problems with my first Coffee Center and Cuisinart was kind enough to send me a new one. But when that one starting giving me problems (leaking) within a year of receiving it Cuisinart just said sorry, your new one isn't under any warranty and I would have to pay for parts to attempt to fix the problem. Well... I did pay and I'm still having same the problem. (leaking) but I guess I'm out of luck. I was told I could purchase a new one?? Not the answer I was looking for. We use this all the time and it very convenient but I would never spend the money to purchase this brand again.

We think that this Cuisinart is the best coffeemaker on the market! We recently purchased it to replace an identical Cuisinart coffeemaker that is finally showing minor signs of wear after about 4 years. Cuisinart does not disappoint - highly recommend this coffeemaker.

I LOVED this pot . However it took four pots to finally get one that was not defected. Two were physically damaged (scratched) , one was defective in the single serve ( it splattered all over when It was making a kcup) and one made a clicking sound ( electric issue). I will say cusinart worked with me every time I had an issue and corrected the matter easily. However , it took seven months and four pots to finally get one that worked correctly. Even now, the one I am keeping has a small scratch but I do not want to deal with the hassle of sending it back for a fifth pot :(

The pod side water tank leaks and the other day, the pod came spewing out everywhere
You make a quality product however, I got one with a slight quirk:( will be taking back to BedBatand beyond for refund and hopefully not have a problem

I was really excited to get an updated coffee maker as I have been happy with my original cuisinart coffee maker. I didn’t NEED a new one, just decided to update. But, I have had 2 k cups “explode” and make a horrendous mess! I’m wondering if mine is defective because I wouldn’t expect this to happen with cuisinart-especially at the price paid!

Filling the full pot reservoir without spilling water cannot be done unless you use a funnel due to the size and location of the fill ports. Pouring water or coffee from the full coffee pot without spilling cannot be done due to the design of the coffee pot and coffee pot cover. Disappointed and frustrated every time I use this product.
