Pods spill grains in cup

We really like it so far but on the pod side when we go to use it the hole punctured into the pod causes all the grains to go into the cup makes a huge mess

We love everything about this coffee maker except the cone shaped filter which makes our usual number of scoops noticeably weaker! The single serve k cup or mix your own is a nice touch!

Good value for the price. I like having the option of a pot or just a cup. The water reserve for the cup maker is very convenient to fill. The one for the full pot is hard to fill without spilling.

I love this appliance. It takes up so much less room than having two different ones. The regular coffee maker side keeps the coffee must hotter than any maker I have ever owned. And the pod side is very easy to use. The complete machine has a great quality feel and I hope it lasts for years to come.

This is our fourth Cuisinart 12-cup coffee maker with single-serve brewer over the past 15 years. This is the only brand with the features we love and is reliable. We even bought an additional unit to put in our RV. The best features of the single-serve side are the ability to choose the cup size and allowing me to dispense just hot water for tea. The best features on the coffeemaker side are the ability to easily set the auto-brew function and be able to select the length of time before the hot plate automatically turns off. I love that it tells me when it is time to clean the inside of the unit and change the filters. Wouldn't have any other brand!
