The Coffee Center provides the best of both worlds. I can brew a 12 cup pot of coffee when family are here or brew a single cup for just me. Both brewing operations are easy to perform. In addition, the maintenance support is easy.

Love this so much we bought another one when the first started acting up after about 10 years (clock would reset to 12:00 whenever we used the single-serve side; annoying but still functional). Shopped around but didn't find anything we liked better and it had served us well so why mess with success?

The brewer works well and makes good coffee. The only fault is that it is a little difficult to pour water into 12 cup brewer.

Looks nice and easy to use. It's great to have options. I can drink a single cup of caffeine while making a pot of decaf. If my company prefers a different coffee or tea it's a breeze to make them a single cup. Highly recommend.

Love the coffee maker and having the choice to make a single k-cup or a full pot. The only thing that we find difficult is pouring water into the brewer for a pot. It's in an awkward spot, but other than that, it's fantastic!

Satifies the need for full carafe or a sibgle cup of tea coffee or hot water. Filters are a next lelvel benefit. Only improvement I can see is how you pour the water in for the carafe. Lid needs to open up more as it is in the way and change sides with the filter compartment for easier pour access. Surprised Cuisinart has not recognized these improvement optionss.
