[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third model of this brewer I’ve purchased. Like the other two, it’s being used daily. I like the versatility to control the amount of coffee to brew or the K cup size. The only issue I’ve had with these brewers, is the clock tends to run fast. I can set it to the exact time, the next day it’s a few minutes fast and it just continues on getting faster and faster. So I regularly have to reset the clock. The Brewer is very easy to operate. It’s easy to clean and it functions very well, except the click issue.

This is a replacement for a Mr Coffee and a Keurig. I like the single serve side but am not hapoy with the coffee pot. The top falls off when pouring coffee. It is awkward to add water to the brew side.

Single serve only brews once the rest of the time water sprays out all over the machine and counter. Despite doing exact same thing each time. Water reservoir says it needs to be refilled when more than 10.5 ounces left in reservoir. You’re better off buying a Keurig and/or Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. It should not require taking apart and cleaning literally after every, single brew to get a cup of coffee, and even then that won’t fix it. Neither will descaling.

Reusable single service container and system does not work properly. Coffe is sub par and activating the single cup feature doesn’t work well. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn’t. I bought this unit specifically because there was a non single use option and is not working out well.
