Been drinking coffee a long time had many of coffee machines. My nija started to leak. I decided to go up in price a little bit. Boy was this machine worth it. Makes a hot cup or carafe of coffee.

Bought one on Nov 1st, was not always hot. Plus any water that spilled into the grounds while filling leaked through. Took it back and got another one. Coffee is hot, but water still leaks through the grounds. I will take this one back and get another brand. Very disappointed

Bought on sale, which made it the right price. Replacing my old Cuisinart, so really not much different as far as taste of the coffee for me. The design does make it difficult to fill the reservoir from the coffee pot, which is my biggest complaint and I'm sure something I'll just get used to. Nice to have the pod option.

Works as advertised. My two complaints. #1 has 5 very loud beeps at end of brewing cycle. #2 when filling with water the lid only open to 90 degrees making it difficult to pour the water in.

this is an amazing coffee maker. It allows you to make a full pot or an individual cup of coffee and it taste amazing and it’s automatic. It has a four hour timer, so it keeps your coffee warm after you make it. It is the best coffee pot I have had in a long time and compared to the Keurig. It is the Keurig‘s not even in the same league
