I am having a difficult Time with my coffee maker. The key tug side keeps blowing up the pod and I have cleaned and descaled and it still isn’t working properly. It is very frustrating. I would appreciate a replacement

I bought this a few months ago and really my only complaint is with the single cup portion of the machine. If you don’t use a taller cup, the coffee seems to splash all over.

We have had the Coffee Center a few months ago and we love it. We use the coffeemaker in the morning and the single-serve in the evenings. Great for coffee and hot chocolate. The single-serve is really wonderful, no cleanup.

We purchased this unit 4 months ago and have used both features almost daily. We brew a pot in the mornings and use the single cup feature for our evening meals. MY wife and I both really like this coffeemaker

First, and most importantly, it the coffee tastes great from this coffeemaker. There are some annoying features, though, that Cuisinart should improve going forward on future models. #1 getting fresh water into the reservoir is a pain...you need a pitcher to get the water to pour exactly in or it spills all over the countertop or into your coffee grounds. If you use the carafe, it's too cumbersome to get the water to pour right in, plus there's a lip on the carafe which prevents you from totally emptying the carafe. #2 the BEEPS are LOUD and annoying and CANNOT be turned off, so when your coffee is done brewing, you will wake up everyone who is sleeping in your home. #3 the single serve side sprays hot coffee really hard into the cup below...we have to elevate the cup on top by holding it while the coffee comes out or put a small measuring cup upside down for the coffee cup to set on in order to raise it up to catch the spray. We bought this 2-in-1 unit to eliminate the need for a coffeemaker and a single-serve unit on our countertop to save space. We are disappointed in the single-serve side and don't use it very often because it's a pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
