Pretty convenient combo. I enjoy having option to make single or whole pit. I can make it stronger as well by push of button. One thing i dislike is the water tank location for the pot. It is not well thought out. I prefer Cuisinart over the others.

I love my new Cuisinart coffee maker! I bought a cheaper one and I should have known better. I returned it and purchased this one. It's well made, works great, is easy to program, and it's not too big. I'll stick to the Cuisinart brand for all my kitchen appliance needs!

This coffee maker replaced my single serve Cuisinart, that I love! I bought this new model, as I wanted the duality it offers. I love this new one, too! It is so convenient, and if I need to make a pot of coffee, I can. If I just want a cup, I can use the single serve side. Cuisinart products are very good (I own several), and customer service has been great. I have had 2 of the “other brand - think K”, and the Cuisinart is superior. This was on sale, so I snatched it!

I chose the Older SS-15P over the newer SS-16P because I prefer the glass carafe. The machine is very similar to my older Cuisinart 12 cup brewer I replaced, but with the addition of the single serve option. Overall, the machine works well and is simple to use. As others have stated in their review, It would have been a better design to place the 12 cup brewer on the right because pouring water in the 12-cup reservoir is tricky, since it is located in the rear, center. We had some issues with the single serve K-Cup rupturing and filling the cup with coffee grounds, until we realized the K-cup holder was in backward. It should be designed so you can't place it in backwards. Overall, very happy wit the machine and it saves us some space on the counter by combining the single serve with the 12-cup coffee maker.

This is the 2nd 12 cup and single serve coffeemaker for us. The first one was defective as the lid to the single side would not close. I contacted Cuisinart within the warranty period. They sent us a new one. We have not had any problems with the 2nd one. Cuisinart's response time & customer service is top notch! We love the function of this maker & were disappointed with the defective model. However, Cuisinart made it right for us. We are happy with the new one without any issues.
