I was given this as a Christmas gift. Never had a single serve k-cup machine. It’s great for workdays to grab a carry cup to go. The regular pot is good for weekends. Only one issue, the pockets for water when using the coffee pot are designed such that it is almost impossible to get all the water emptied from the pot to get exactly the cups you desire. The lid should go back further (more than 90 degrees), so you can tip the pot all the way to empty - or be redesigned differently.
