Every aspect of this product is excellent - as advertised! Coffee brew basket doesn’t run over. Excess water doesn’t run down back of unit. Single cup operation doesn’t overflow. Glad we went UP a model & follow instructions!

Coffee pot portion of the unit is almost perfect except it drips water from the lid after brewing and roasts the bottom of the unit. Only 3 months old.
What’s terrible is the single k-cup dispenser. Pods explode one in 5 uses. It spits and makes a mess with every single k-cup. It’s too slow and not a strong enough flow to get chocolate flavored coffees to completely dissolve and dispense, plus when it spots this all over, we get a mess ask over the cup and counter. These chocolate flavored k-cups work perfect in our old Keurig which we had to bring out to properly dissolve the chocolate flavored ones. So we’re back to 2 full sized coffee makers on our counter. So this unit was of no help and it’s bigger than a single unit; so now we have even less space on our counters.
