I have owned several Cuisinart coffee makers over the years and this one seems to have the worst features of every one I’ve owned. I purchased this so I could choose to make a pot or a cup, so I do enjoy that one feature. However, there are many things I don’t like: it is very difficult to pour the water in to brew a pot—the receptacles are very small and in hard to reach spots. Also, the coffee maker continues to drip when I pour a cup while it is still brewing. Also, if you don’t snap the filter holder down, it will overflow the grounds into the pot. Frustrating mornings.

We love our 12 Cup Coffeemaker and Single-Serve Brewer in beautiful copper color finish. It's perfect for the morning when we are likely to want a second (maybe third) cup while reading. In the afternoon, we enjoy the single serving feature for green or ginger tea. The footprint is just right for our counter too. We also enjoy being able to load our own single coffee brews when we need a cup to go on chilly mornings.

This is our second Coffee Center. Like the look on the counter. Had the other one for several years and it just gave out. Like the versatility of a pot or single serve. The temperature adjustment doesn't really work. Each setting keeps the coffee SUPER hot. I purchased a high handled beaker or use a Yeti for the single serve or the coffee sprays all over
