Bought for the convenience of carafe and single serve in one unit. Mistake. Not enough room to pour water into carafe side. Doesn’t actually hold enough water on single serve side and the access is on the back of the machine...really??? What man thought of that and why didn’t i realize that was going to be a problem before i bought it? Don’t like having to pull the unit out from under the cabinet to use it. I have an old Cuisanart single serve that I love and have gone back to using it.

This is exactly what I wanted. This is my second one. The first one had a leak and I returned. The second one is s working great. The only con would be when you add water to the brew side it is a tight area wh n adding water with the coffee pot.

Bought this about a month ago love it but wish the carafe was slainless steel feel coffee would be hotter and makes me nervous every time I wash it that it will break. My last coffee maker was the type that brews in the back but timer stopped working so need to have that so I though I would try this one, like the fact we can just have one cup if we want.

I am so happy with my coffee maker, it sits our family's needs more then any make I've ever bought and I've bought a few, but none like this one. I found we were wasting coffee in the past work out old makers. So now we can make just one cup or two it a whole pot if we choose.. It's the best, thank you. The the coffee is hot and good.

This is a great idea but poorly designed. I bought one for myself and my parents. We love being able to make a cup of coffee or a pot within one machine. However, my father called me because I had been complaining about how difficult it is to fill the water reservoir, and said he figured it out--use a funnel! We keep a funnel near our coffee center! LOL... Also, you have to be very careful when you fill the single-serve water reservoir because it leaks!

I purchased this about six weeks ago. I was very hesitant as had used Bunn products for more than 20 years. I’m now sold on my Cuisinart. The coffee filter container is easily removed for emptying old groups and adding new. The decanter holds 12 real cups of coffee. I enjoy the single serve brewer. That was my biggest reason for the purchase. Another feature that is used often is the timer, I get up a 4 am and my coffee is ready. The only time I miss about the Bunn is it’s quickness. My Cuisinart is slower but worth the wait.
