Love my coffee maker. Brews pot of coffee and keeps coffee hot. I like that I can pull out pot for quick cup while it’s brewing full pot. Keurig gives me quick cup when I’m alone and let’s me pick size of cup

Having the controls on the front of the machine is a big plus for us. It makes changes to settings easier to see. The k-cups need to be pushed down hard to snap in place. The documentation does not state this anywhere. If the k-cup is not snaped in correctly there will be coffee grounds everywhere. Fortunate for us, we found this information in another review. The k-cups are working fine with this approach. We would prefer to use paper filters instead of the mesh one, as it is easier to discard the filter and grounds than to wash out the mesh filter. However, the paper filter slides down and clog the holes for the coffee to drain into the carafe. The mesh filter works okay, just not our preferred choice.
