Very pleased with this coffee maker. Easy to use and fast. Great tasting coffee. Reservoir easy to refill without removing. Only problem I had was that when I tried to descale it the first time it froze up and would not work. Customer service was great and replaced it promptly. No problems with the new one!

Best most versatile coffee maker for the price. My second purchase of this model. Always brews a excellent cup at the perfect temperature. I use both the K-Cup and ground coffee and never have been disappointed.
