It started out as a great product as we had just received it for Christmas. A month later, the water hose is clogged and we have no way to get to it, so now we can only use the K cups side.

I love this coffee maker. I mostly got it because of its ten year warranty and because you can make a pot of coffee or single cups. The only thing that I don’t like is when you make a single cup, there is no 12 oz option, only 6, 8 or 10.

This coffee maker is easy to use. Has the feature of a carafe of coffee or single use. Another feature that I like is that you can set the burner for how long you want the coffee to stay hot. The automatic brew is another great feature. Love my new Cuisinart coffee station!

Overall I really like this coffee maker. The single serve side makes a cup really fast, much faster than my Norelco one did. However, certain brands of k-cups do better than others. There were a few times it didn’t puncture the top of the k-cup on certain brands. Also, there was a bit of a learning curve on using the main coffee pot. No where in the directions did it say when you put the filter holder in that you need to make sure it is lined up correctly and to push down on it until it clicks! If you don’t, it overflows and has coffee grounds everywhere. Once we figured these things out on our own it has been great! I would recommend turning the plate switch to the hottest level.
