Nice appearance. Compact footprint. The drip side functions fine. The K-cup side under-delivers volume, e.g. 8 oz is more like 6oz and splatters some of the the hot coffee or water as it dispenses because the water comes out more of a spray than a stream. It would be helpful if the cup could be raised closer to the spout.

Everything works, but the coffee (from either process) is bland compared to that made with my last Cuisinart (basket/drip only- type), even when I use strong coffee types. So I'm using more coffee. Maybe if more coffee oils build up somewhere the taste will be richer.
