I love this coffeemaker with one large reservation. The clock stopped working after afew weeks. It just produced wonky times and after a few months stopped functioning entirely. Fortunately i don't set the timer and totally love the versatility and ease of the rest of the coffeemaker. K cups for one person on busy mornings and carafes of coffee for guests on weekends. I used a Keurig coffeemaker this AM in an airbnb. The Cuisinart is SO much better and easy to use. Faster too.

love the machine and the option of single or pot. Only critique is my old single cup maker from the same manufacture you did not have to wait it was instant. Have to wait 30 seconds for it to start, yes I know I am be picky.

This is the best coffee maker I’ve had in years. I’ve been able to use any k-cup with none of the issues I’ve experienced with other coffee maker brands. Very user friendly. Makes a great pot of coffee with no grounds over flowing into the pot. I wouldn’t consider any other brand.

Bought this for the reason of being able to brew a pot of coffee or being able to use k-cups. The reusable filter cup on the single serve side and the permanent filter on the 12 cup side are also a big plus. Set up was very easy. Two minor faults are, small pouring area of water reservoir 12 cop side and after use when you raise reservoir lid the moisture runs down back of maker onto counter. If you have wooden coffee center and don’t know this it can stain the wood.

Like it but it could use some changes. Don’t care go where you pour the water in not enough room. Still have to heat water up after first cup brewed. That’s why I ordered in the first place so I wouldn’t have to do that.
