This coffee maker works well and looks really nice. My only complaint is that it is very awkward to fill the water reservoir for the pot side. Have started using a kitchen funnel which makes it much easier.

The brewed coffee tastes great from carafe and single serve side.
I have a problem with pouring the water into the pot side. The area behind the coffee grounds holder is very small. It is difficult to pour the water into the reservoir without spilling. I often find water on my countertop. I used the carafe to measure and pour... I am now trying to hit the spot using a glass measuring cup.

I found this coffee maker easy to program and use. I like the adjustable features such as how long the pot stays warm and how warm. The single cup works with my own coffee which is a feature I enjoy.
