In a desire to declutter our kitchen counter we decided to remove the Cuisinart coffee maker my husband has used for over a decade and the excellent Mixpresso single serve maker I use and replace with this product. After 2 decades of using Cuisinart coffee pots we expect great quality from the brand and we have not been disappointed. My husband likes a pot of mild to medium roast coffee each day while I want a single cup of medium to dark roast each morning. This great looking unit serves us both well. On my wish list would be for the clock to have a dim/off setting and an option for a 12 oz single serve but for now I will continue to push the 6oz button twice. My SF Bay coffee single cup pods work perfectly.
I find it more convenient to replenish the reservoir with a water glass filled from the refrigerator water dispenser rather then remove the reservoir from the maker. I’ve always done it this way and find it prevents any issue with trying to blindly reseat the reservoir in the back of the maker. I can also do this while the maker is in use and I’m waiting for my cup to fill.
We are both very pleased with the quality, practicality and functionality of this product.

Nice machine, makes great coffe by e by the cup or by the pot…. I like the compact footprint and a single cord to maximize the use of counter space. If I could improve one feature it would be to increase the reservoir for the single serve side. While it only Carrie’s enough water for 3 cups, it is easy and quick to refill.

It's a good coffee maker- compact, pods are quick, not loaded with unnecessary options.
The light on the brew/warm button bleeds from top to bottom so it is hard to tell if it is set to brew or warm. The filter holders are flimsy. I broke one just opening it first time to add the filter. It's usable but doesn't latch anymore.

Love this coffee maker! Makes great coffee, looks great, and allowed me to free up some counter space by getting rid of the extra K-Cup coffee maker. Now I can have regular coffee in the morning, and allnifctje K-cup flavors throughoutvthe day. I haven't had any problems that were discussed with K-cups exploding. I've only had it for about 3 weeks but I love it.

Great coffee maker. The water tank on the carafe side could be situated a little better. It makes pouring water hard without making a mess. I've this coffee maker about a month. No leaks so far. The single serve water tank seems to want a refill at different levels. I can get at least 2 8oz cups out of it. Overall, great coffee maker.
