My husband retired to we replaced our Cuisinart single serve to this so he could make carafe of coffee. We absolutely LOVE it...makes great coffee, looks beautiful and can still make just one cup with single serve pod maker

This has caused me to miss and spill water.
Unit is nothing but plastic with a hint of stainless.
I returned coffee marker and got the Hamilton Beach.
I also returned the matching toaster.
