This coffeemaker has been a problem almost from the start. Many times the coffee would come out as clear water, even though I regularly cleaned out the funnel and exit needle. Also the carafe leaks from the bottom causing me to put the entire unit on a tray to catch the leakage.

I'd give it 5 stars if the main water reservoir was removable to fill... it's a little awkward for me. I really appreciate the ability to make a full pot of regular coffee for everyone else in the house, and a cup of decaf at a time for me. This coffeemaker is easy to use, makes great coffee, and keeps it warm for as long as we need it on weekends

I'm very disappointed with the single brewing portion. We've had numerous times when the pin does not puncture the k-cup pod so the water spews out the sides of the coffeemaker, rather than going through the pod. I really want to get rid of this but I'm frustrated in that I just purchased it.
