Love this upgraded version! We had the old one and it broke down after 7 years! i just wish the on/ off button does it automatically… haven’t tried the kcups yet.. but love that you can make fresh brew coffee for one person…

I bought this after reading tons of reviews. I love the single serve reusable coffee filter. Water temperature on both the carafe & single serve is good—you get a hot cup of coffee providing you do not use a ton of cold cream with it! Follow the user manual directions & this is an easy to use coffee maker. My only concern is there is already discoloration on the hot plate & I purchased the machine 2 months ago.

Replacement for previous coffeemaker under warranty was unbelievably straightforward and easy. Fabulous customer service, associate was friendly, helpful and professional. My replacement was shipped promptly. The coffeemaker makes a very good brew, multi-function gives array of choices from whole pot to single cup, especially being able to adjust strength and water amount per cup, reservoir is ample and it isn't necessary to add water each time.

Bold setting makes a really good cup of coffee ! The single cup water dispenser is well designed. It is a little hard to always seat back in. Overall I like this machine. Customer service was great.
