This is our second one, same model! We had the other one so long it stopped keeping the coffee hot, the single serve reservoir started leaking and the hot plate was no longer black! We basically used it until we couldn’t! It was a great product and that’s why we replaced it with the same one!!!

Great little coffee pot. It really does give you the best of both worlds, a K cup and also a full pot. There are a few little missing pieces that I wish it had, like the “hot chocolate” K cup setting that pushes the water through harder to get all the contents out. Or the fact that you have to turn it to Auto Off for it to time out versus being automatic, and it doesn’t show you the time when you switch it. You also have to reset your settings each time for “bold” flavor. It’s just one more thing to remember. But over all, it’s a great coffee pot and does it’s job!
