The single cup reservoir is removable which makes it easy to clean. The 12-cup side is programmable. No complaints at all on this coffee maker. It’s the best of both.

Product works ok. Having a lot of issues with backing up on single cup side. Pot works great. I have to clean at least 2-3 times a week. It will work for a day or two then overflow. I have a strainer by unit to strain coffee when this happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can’t wait to see if it outlasts Keurig! We have tossed 2 Keurigs in a year! Ridiculous the amount of money we have sunk in these single cup coffee pots just to get approximately 6 months of quality out of them! Yes we even had them “registered” as if that matters:( The reviews for this coffee station were amazing, hence the reason we bought it! Thank you Cuisinart!

The Cuisinart is great. Either the 12 cup traditional carafe or single serve option both are excellent. There is one cosmetic problem. If you buy the white version like we did. The coffee pot lid stains easily and won't come real clean even in the dishwasher. If that is a concern , buy the black version. :-)

It’s somewhat difficult to pour water into the coffee maker and the single serve spills a lot around the cup instead of in it! Also, it would have been nice to mention in the instructions that there’s a plastic strip over the clock so old people like me wouldn’t try to figure out what’s wrong with the clock. Otherwise, I love it.
