I returned the first Coffee pot I purchased as it did t work properly. They sent me a new coffee pot I thought. This coffee maker is worse when I make coffee it makes a horrible noise while making a pot!!

I love this machine! It makes good coffee, whether by carafe or single serve, and quickly. It has all of the adjustments you could want. If there's any drawback at all, it is a little difficult to fill the water on the carafe side without spilling it. Otherwise, I need this one toast a good, long time.

Had to replace the first one because the single serve water reservoir leaked. Apparently a common problem to be aware of. Replacement doesn’t leak. The reservoir on the pot brewing side is difficult to pour water into without dripping. Finally, there doesn’t appear to be any way to turn on again the heating element to keep the brewed coffee warm after it switches off. Other than all of that, I like it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
