Looks good and has some nice features but the water tank leaks upon filling it beyond the halfway point. Thus, we can only fill the water reservoir for the single-serve brewer halfway. The reservoir will not hold water beyong this point. The water will instantly leak out of the bottom of the reservoir if you attempt to fill it more than halfway.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is amazing. I switched from a Keurig Duo and it was the best decision. This makes much better coffee and having two separate water reservoirs is perfect. It also makes coffee in half the time
