This coffee maker is great, but one thing would make it even better. If Cuisinart could have designed the main water tank to bpe removable for filling (like the single brew side) it would amazing. Filling the reservoir from the top results in much splashing and dripping on the counter and coffee maker. This enhancement seems like a no-brainer, so I'm surprised the designers missed this.

This is a great coffee pot! We bought it for the office and it has everything we need! especially love the extended extra hot warmer time! Love being able to do a K cup side or a whole pot too!

We had a learning curve with this machine , made some mistakes with forgetting both parts of the single serve coffee basket and that got coffee grounds stuck in several places that had to be discovered and cleaned for it to work correctly again.
