It has a few more features than my previous coffeemaker, so I had to read the instructions on how to use. it. I like that it has a warranty. So far, so good.

I’ve been a long time owner of Keurig and Ninja machines .. all are comparable with advantages of their own. I wanted to try the Cuisinart Coffeemaker and Single-Serve brewer because of the convenience of having ‘two machines in one’. Happy with the purchase and functionality of the brewers, but … one drawback I’ve found with this Cuisinart is the challenge and close quarters of filling the water reservoir of the 12 cup brewer…no real easy direct access. The 40 oz reservoir for the single serve is convenient with it’s pullout accessibility.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't write many reviews, but I just want to say we love our Coffee Center. While my husband likes his coffee strong, I like mine a bit weaker so the single serve makes a perfect cup for me. It's a beautiful machine.

I normally use the 12 cup side but have used the K-cup and it heats twice as fast as the Hamilton Beach combo 12 cup with K- cup. The K side is the one that heats faster on the Cuisinart vs the HB.

Nice integrated product. Everyone should know when going through the descaling process, the water pauses, making you think it has stopped. It has not. This is not mentioned in the manual
