Great coffeemaker, I would buy it again. From my perspective, it has two deficiencies; (1) The glass carafe should be an insulated stainless steel pot, then there would no need for a hot plate, and (2) the water for the single cup is not hot enough, it should be 180-200 F, but it's only 160 F.

Makes great, HOT, coffee and keeps it hot. Nice having the pod option for one more cup.
Looks good and I am guessing reliable as my last 2 cuisinart coffee makers are still making great coffee with no problems- 11 years later.

Love the coffee pot and it makes a great cup of coffee, I gave it 4 stars because it is hard to pour the water in unless you are left handed because of the placement of the single cup pot on the right. Other than that it is a great coffee maker!
