This is the best coffee maker on the market. The The Brew system fans water over the coffee like a shower head Thanksgiving even Brew. She only one like it the craft she's hot for hours a K-Cup is also very functional and also keeps the very hot for hrs This is the best coffee maker made. Well worth money I'm a coffee drinker can I find over the years this is the best one customer support my Cuisinart is also the best. It is sturdy rugged and very well made.

The coffee maker is outstanding as have been the 4 others I’ve purchased and used over the years. However, the single-serve brewer is a nightmare! It never brews the selected amount of coffee. Most often it brews half or less that selected. Regardless of the K-Cups being used, it very often forces grounds up into the brewing area of the brewer and then overflows the grounds into the cup below or onto the counter top. I’ve had challenges with my recent Coffee Center 12 cup coffee maker/single serve brewer, but this single-serve is unusable!!

Very nice, easy to operate, so glad to have a dual maker! Placing water into the reserve for the pot side is awkward but I can live with that.

It is great that it has both the carafe and the single serving brewer, but there are times that the lights do not illuminate to brew the single serve. I have to play with it to get it to start. Can be annoying.

I love the style, but you have to be ever so careful if you move the unit. If the single serve water holder isn't placed exactly right, or you bump it slightly, it will leak out. I would not buy this machine again. This was my replacement unit for this same problem with my original coffeemaker. Too many times, I've come home to water all over the counter from leaking.
