Love this coffee maker!! This is the 2nd Coffee Center coffeemaker I have bought. My first one is well used daily for many years. Finally, I had to admit it was time to retire it. I was so pleased to find that I was able to purchase a new one exactly the same as previous. Love the ease of making a pot or just a single serve. The filters are a plus for keeping water in pot at its best, and I have had no problems with daily use. Thank you Cuisinart for yet another quality product.

Very disappointed in the coffee maker. The reservoir for the single serve leaked from the moment we put water in it. We tried and tried to get it to work but no luck. Within two days of receiving it we sent it back. This is really the only coffee maker with a separate reservoir for single serve and I was quite sad to have to return it.

This coffeemaker is perfect for everyone. If you only drink a little coffee or if you need an entire pot, you have the best of both worlds and save counter space in the process. This is my second coffeemaker of this model. I gave my first one to my daughter-in-law so she could enjoy the benefits and convenience that I enjoy. I set the timer so coffee is waiting for my husband who drinks half caffeinated and store his in a thermos, then make another pot of regular coffee myself. Later, when we run out of coffee in our thermos or just want a flavored coffee, it’s time to use the single cup side. I highly recommend this coffeemaker.

I bought this coffee center after my traditional drip coffeemaker brewed its last pot. I have not wanted to drink the K-cup coolaid due to all of the plastics involved and was pleased that this product has a reusable single cup apparatus that works terrifically! I have definitely enjoyed being able to have single cup hot water for cocoa and tea bags. I would recommend this product to anyone who asked for my opinion. Cuisinart products are top-notch! I am gradually changing my appliances, one by one, to this brand as the old ones die out. So far, I have replaced a food processor, icecream freezer and blender. Fantastic brand that has not failed to impress me each time.

I like the machine, but I found that it will not handle fine ground coffee. My Dunkin coffee clogs up the filter and the reservoir overflows, letting grounds into the pot.
I switched to a different brand and the coffee maker acts as it should.

The 1st machine I ordered leaked badly from the single sere water tank. I figured it was just a faulty part because cuisinart is so nice and I never have issues with my products. I exchanged it and had zero issues getting it replaced. They sent me a new one super fast and it works fantastic! My last cuisinart coffee machine is 16 years old and still works perfectly! Just wanted to freshen things up and really love the ability to make 1 cup fast. Love my machine!
