It’s a nice coffee maker. We use it to make full pots and individual cups as well. The only issue is the plastic finished surfaces scratch very easily. Thus, diminishing the look of the unit. This is why we cannot give the unit a 5 star rating.

The peirceing part does not have a sharp enough point and tears the top of the kcup, causing coffee grounds to spill out along with water.

The only issue is with the single serve. When making certain kcups, for example hot chocolate or chai tea latte (anything that has powder in the pods) it won’t dissolve the powders so the drink is weak.

Love this machine so far! Have used mostly the full carafe side and it has worked perfectly every brew! The only negative I can think of is that the opening of the water reservoir is rather small which in my case can lead to spillage.
