The water reservoir for the single cup coffee does not fit firmly on unit and has leaked on occasions. Other than the leaking coffee brew great and very hot.

The coffee is quite satisfactory and we like the choice of temperature. The pot is hard to place on the warmer. Also spills when you pour. Hard to fill as well.

The product is cheaply made and has already shown a tendency to clog while brewing which is really disappointing. The carafe is very badly designed with a cheap plastic collar circling the glass to attach the handle that traps water both inside and out between the plastic and the glass so you're guaranteed to get water dripping out down the both the interior and exterior of the carafe after rinsing. The handle itself is hollow which also provides an obvious place where water collects when washing and then dispenses itself in an inconvenient manner subsequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes delicious coffee and is easy to operate. The water filtration system is good. Our only complaint is that it doesn’t cleanly cut the k cup and at times causes the grinds to spill out
