It’s a little difficult to not spill water when filling the pot water tank.
Also, you can’t use the single brew when your making a pot of coffee.
It’s great having one machine instead of two! I enjoy that part as it takes up less space on the counter.
Make a great HOT cup of coffee!

It keeps puncturing the hole in our kcups too wide and the grinds go everywhere, ruining the Kcup and the cup of coffee. It also takes a lot of time to clean the machine too. ☹️

We finally decided to invest in a coffee maker. Before we had bought cheap appliances that would quickly be replaced. This is easy to use and versatile. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the highest ounce on the single serve side is 10oz. I wish it made a larger serving.

This makes coffee at just the right strength even without using the “strong” setting. The single-serve setting makes a better cup than my previous machine. And it’s easy to clean. I’m really enjoying it.

Works well and looks nice on countertop; filter system should help with machine cleanliness over time. Pods are really easy to use. However, design makes it somewhat difficult to pour last few ounces from carafe into water well. Also, power must be on (i.e., all night) in order for auto brew feature to work.

I do love this coffee maker. I wanted one with the pot and k cup combo. It's really nice, I got the black stainless model. The plastic parts of it feel kind of cheap compared to my previous brand, but maybe I'm being petty. I also think there should be a better way to fill the coffee pot portion. The lid gets in my way so I can't empty whatever I'm using to fill it. Again, petty. The coffee comes out great, nice and hot. I can also set it to bold and adjust the hot plate temperature which is a nice feature. I also like that I can pour a cup while it brews with the automatic pause feature. The k cup side works great. I wish it had a 20 oz size, though. For that we had to keep our Keurig but I use it for smaller travel mugs or coffee cups. I have had it a month and really do like it!
