Overall we’re happy with our purchase; however, occasionally the single serve side explodes the k-cups and coffee gets everywhere. That is annoying. We try not to fill that side up to the line with water, but even then, it still happens occasionally. I feel like we got a “lemon”.

We really like this coffee maker with one very small complaint- we had to find our own white plastic cap for our mugs to sit on when using the single serve side as this helped with the splashing of the coffee all over the back of the machine.
