Love the brewing speed, quite operation, but water reservoir leaks at base,leaving a mess on counter, also coffee or water spatters at point of disperse, leaving more to wipe up.

Great coffee! Easy to use, so nice to have the choice of a full pot or a quick single cup. I like the eco friendly option of using my own ground coffee in the single serve side, but my husband likes cappuccino, so he can still have his k-cups! And it looks nice and compact on the counter.

A great concept, but not without its problems. I have owned this product for a few weeks now and I have used it daily. To date, I have no complaints about the full-size coffee pot performance. However, the single-brew unit is another story. I have notice that the puncture needle at the top of the single brew side is thicker than previous models and also depresses/punctures at a fairly steep angle. Often, this “tears” the top of the k-cup instead of just puncturing it. Then when the coffee brews the k-cup overflows and spills coffee grounds all over the inside of the unit, creating a terrible mess! This doesn’t happen every time, but it is a hassle and a big mess when it does. I owned a different Cuisinart prior to this unit, which lasted for over 7 years. The longevity and quality of my previous unit is what made want to purchase this unit. I am currently somewhat disappointed, as this unit doesn’t perform as well, and I don’t think this unit will last as long. In all fairness, when the unit works properly, it seems to work fairly well.

Putting in the water for the coffee pot side is really hard. They should have put it on the side, in the back is hard and water spills all over trying to put it in. Otherwise, it’s great!
